Are you curious about fermenting foods but aren't sure where to start? Have you already tried fermenting and have a few questions?

We'll cover fermenting milk into kefir, making kombucha (fermented tea) and turning cabbage into sauerkraut. Bring along any questions you have and we'll do our best to answer them!
